Effective date: October 30, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you request a quotation for DTF, UV DTF, or UV printing services through dtfprinting.ph or the dtfprintingph Facebook Page. For privacy questions, contact info@dtfprinting.ph.

Information we collect When you submit a quote-request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email address, city, printing service required, item description, print size, quantity, and date needed. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or payment details through the quote-request form.

How we use your information We use these details to assess your printing requirements, prepare and send a quotation, contact you about your request, and arrange an order if you decide to proceed. Submitting a quote request does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. Quotes are prepared by a person; submitting the form does not automatically generate a price or confirm an order.

Legal basis and choice We process the information you voluntarily provide to respond to your request and take steps toward a possible printing order. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it by contacting info@dtfprinting.ph. If you do not provide the necessary contact or job details, we may be unable to prepare or send your quotation.

Access, service providers, and security Access to quote requests is limited to personnel who need the information to handle your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information. Facebook/Meta and Wix process information through their platforms under their own privacy policies, and information may be handled outside the Philippines. We may disclose information where required by law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Retention Quote requests that do not result in an order are retained for 15 days, after which we delete them from the records under our control, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. If a request becomes an order, the necessary transaction records may be retained to fulfill that order and meet applicable legal obligations. Copies held independently by Facebook/Meta or other platform providers are governed by their own retention policies.

Your privacy rights Subject to applicable requirements and exceptions under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may request information about our processing, access to your data, correction of inaccurate details, or blocking or deletion of your information. You may object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Contact info@dtfprinting.ph to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
